Meet the founder
I am a Holistic Health Coach trained at IIN (NY), a Mindfulness Facilitator and a Yoga Teacher trained in Bali. For 18 years, I built my career in global brand leadership, working with high-performance companies such as Nike and Crocs across Europe. I understand ambitious environments, high standards and the pressure to constantly deliver.
My path into wellness did not begin with a trend. Even while exercising regularly and eating healthy, I experienced Irritable Bowel Syndrome and periods of deep exhaustion. That experience forced me to look beyond surface habits and study the deeper connection between physical health, emotional regulation and daily structure. I began exploring lifestyle medicine, ancestral and modern healing practices, and the philosophy of yoga as a bridge between body and mind.
Over time, those studies combined with lived experience, shaped what is now The Wellness Shift™: a structured methodology designed to rebuild rhythm, stabilize energy and create sustainable clarity in real life. Today, I design coaching programs, workshops and corporate experiences that integrate science, structure and practical application. Guiding individuals and organizations toward energy, alignment and sustainable performance.
